 Domestic delivery 

Long-haul national deliveries

Last pickup date: Dec 03 Friday
Last pick up day to or from Western Australia, Far North Queensland, interstate regional areas, and any remote locations.

 

Short-haul national deliveries

Last pickup date: Dec 10 Friday

Last pick up day for interstate metro areas (or same-state regional areas) such as Sydney to Melbourne, Adelaide to Sydney, Melbourne to Brisbane or Canberra to Adelaide.

 

Same-city deliveries

Last pickup date: Dec 13 Monday

 

Last pick up day within the same metro areas such as Surry Hills to Bankstown in Sydney, or Footscray to St Kilda in Melbourne.

Zone 3
North America Last pickup date: Dec 06 Monday 

 

What shipping method should I use?

We use Sendle for most of our shipment.

You can choose either express+tracking or economy. If cost is more important then select economy. The economy option does not have tracking

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will normally place your order within 24 hours of us receiving your payment and will ship your goods the next business day after they arrive at our address.

You can expect that most orders will take between XX to XX business days 

My order was shipped to me but it hasn't arrive yet. What should I do?

Sometimes shipping take longer than it should. If your order was shipped is shipped using the express service, you can track the shipment through our website. Unfortunately if your order has been shipped using economy service, we will not be able to track the shipment.

What happens if my items arrive damaged or not working?

Please contact us to arrange for return of the item.
